Detailed, colorful, full-page illustrations. Every other page or so is wordless, and all of the bold images allow for creative conversations with children while reading. Notice the aliens hidden in most of the pictures! This tale of the "man on the moon" and his daily routine working for tourists on the planet is funny and entertaining for kids. This book is also a fresh break from fiction picture books about animals personified and doing something goofy--very typical in children's literature.
